I think it's time to give credit where credit is due.
I recently came in to Swiss Chalet on Fairway road in Kitchener to find them very busy but our waiter (yes it was a guy - kind of unusual) was great!. He took care of my family the best way he could. Judging from other people sitting around us that he was also serving, he did a great job!!
Sometimes it just takes that one special service from someone who cares to make the difference in your exprience. The food was great but that night it just tasted even better!!
The servers name I believe was Maher, if you want get service ask for him!!

i have been coming to this swiss chalet for a really long time!! and there is usally nothing wrong with my order except for a missing gravy which i can deal with especially when i see your employees working so hard and doing an excelllent job, i just deal with the small mistakes. Especially when i go through take out and see that machine never stop and the young girls working so hard, and running around like chickens with their heads cut off, but still has time to smile and make us feel welcomed. good work ladies!!!!! and thank you for an excellent tasting meal!

Swiss Chalet ran out of chicken... wtf mate?

i can't believe what i just saw on the news!
i work at weber street swiss chalet, doing prep. I can only imange the reputation you guys are gonna get for have a cockroach in your salads!
and the manager who didn't have anything to say about that? MAN UP already!
and to just think you can say..oh we'll have a driver come pick it up....how the hell did you become a manager? your restaurant is going down the drain without Steve Sousa! if he was still there this wouldn't have happened!
