Absolutely fantastic! I have been here several times and have always been impressed with the quality and freshness of the food and, above all, the service. The last time I was there I was on my way to a friend's funeral and halfway through my pita I decided to get a bottle of water. While the counter guy was getting it out of the fridge he asked why I was so dressed up. I told him and he offered his condolences and gave me the bottle of water for free. It may not be much but those little things are what turn a good place into a great one.

Rude? I don't think so, the company title says it all! They're just like New yorkers, they give back what they get. If you're rude to them, they'll give it right back but i go there on a daily basis and they know my order the moment I walk in and i'm always greeted with the utmost respect. When I call for delivery, they're here in a matter of minutes and my order has ALWAYS been correct.

I have never in my life seen such horrible customer service. I will never again order from New York Pita and I would strongly discourage anyone else from doing so. It is hard to believe a business can continue to stay open while being so bluntly rude to it's customers.
